Replacements and returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchases Torre a Cona, but if you want to change or return an item and get refunded you can do it for free. With Torre a Cona you will be really satisfied or reimbursed with respect to the italian  Right of Refusal (Legislative Decree 206/05).

Both for the refund and for the exchange of goods it is imperative to contact Torre a Cona before returning the goods and awaiting our approval. We can not accept returned without our prior permission.

If you want to return an item or change it, do the following:

Return procedure for goods rendered by Italy:


    Please email us or call us at +39 055 699000 (Mon-Fri from 10am to 5pm) within 14 business days from the date of delivery and specify:

  • The products purchased
  • The relative order number
  • The will to return the goods and whether you want to be redeemed.
  • The reason for the return: wrong order, bad goods etc. This is optional but helps us understand what to improve in our products or services and to give you even better service.

    The Torre a Cona Customer Service will send you a return authorization email.
    Enter the address to return the goods. Place the product in its original packaging in a box (even the one where the goods were shipped). Make sure that the packaging is properly sealed. Paste the label on the box. Have another label ready to be scratched by the courier as received.
    Please dispose of the goods at your own expense with courier or registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. No return packs will be accepted with shipment without return receipt.

 


Redemption procedure for goods rendered by Italy

    After receiving and verifying your refund, we will send you a confirmation email. At this point for refund you have two options:

  •  We can make a gift voucher to use on Torre a Cona for future purchases equal to the value of the delivered goods (excluding shipping cost). The voucher does not expire.
  • We will refund the price of the items sent by bank transfer.

    If you choose the voucher option, the voucher will be sent to you within 5 business days of receipt of the voucher. If you choose the transfer, the refund may take a few days to confirm your refund but no later than 30 days after receiving our confirmation email.
    The paid price of returned products (excluding any shipping and product damage) will be refunded.
    In case you have requested a replacement due to non-compliance or damage, we will ship it at no extra charge via courier. If the requested product is found to be out of stock when it has been verified, we will inform you and ask if you would like to wait for the new reassignment, the refund of the paid price, a gift voucher or replacement with a similar item.

 

 


Return procedure for goods made from abroad

Even if you have ordered an address outside of the Italian territory you can return it and replace it or be reimbursed. In this case the procedure is similar to the one above but the delivery of the return will be made by the client as we can not arrange the courier for a home-away stay abroad. If you want to make an offer from an address outside of Italy:

1) Contact us by e-mail by clicking here or at +39 055 699000 (Mon-Fri from 10.00 to 17.00) within 14 working days from the date of delivery and specify:

  • The products purchased
  • The relative order number
  • The will to return the goods and whether you want to be reimbursed / or or want to replace the item
  • The reason for the return: wrong order, bad goods etc. This is optional but helps us understand what to improve in our products or services and to give you even better service.


2) Torre a Cona Customer Service will send you a resell authorization email and a label to be attached to the parcel.

    Enter the address to return the goods. Place the product in its box or in a box (even the one where the goods were shipped). Make sure that the packaging is properly sealed. Paste the label on the box.
    Please dispose of the goods by mail or courier with a registered mail / registered delivery or equivalent service requesting a receipt attestation and keep the receipt.
