Winemaking: This wine comes from a selection of the best grapes coming from the vineyards Badiuzza and Chiusurli. The grapes are picked and sorted by hand and crushed. Maceration on the skins takes place for 15 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Aging in oak barrels and french tonneux, where it remains for 24 months followed by a further refinement of at least 6 months in bottle .
Description: Deep ruby red color. The wine has an intense and fragrant bouquet with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, pepper and vanilla. On the palate is sapid, with elegant body and balanced tannins.
Serving suggestions: red meat, both grilled and roasted. Serve at 16 ° -18° Celsius
