Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats for 7 days, with pump-over and daily fillings at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats

Aging: partly in oak barrels of 25Hl 

Description: Deep ruby ​​red color tending to garnet with aging. The wine has an intense, complex, floral with hints of leather, sweet tobacco, small red berries  

Serving suggestions: Red meat, roasts, game stews, and very tasty cheese. Serve at 16 ° -18 °Celsius

Curiosity: The name reminds one of the ancestors of the Rinuccini family who built the villa in the eighteenth century but it is also one of our vineyard's name.
